Old world artistry meets architectural innovation to bridge the gap in the industry crafting one-of-kind innovative jewellery designs to use as family heirlooms or any occasional ceremony milestones for our customers to tell their story with one another.

Each design and concept is backdated to family heritage designs of Hass Murad.

Hass uses family archives that have been passed down to manipulate and conceptualise modern day herilooms. Once’s Murad has finalised designs by sketch. Each design goes through a wax mould process to meticulously manipulate using old jewellery techniques.

The sprue tree, along with your exquisite wax model, is positioned inside a flask that is subsequently filled with a plaster-like material known as investment. To eliminate any air pockets that could affect the quality of the cast, the flask undergoes a vacuum treatment. Next, it is placed in a kiln and heated to 1000 degrees, causing the wax to melt away and leaving behind a hollow impression of envisioned design.

This method is known as the lost wax process. Once the wax has been removed, we pour our designs selected molten metal into the flask. After the metal cools, the sprue is detached from the flask, and we initiate the de-spruing process. Throughout the entire casting procedure, rigorous quality control measures are implemented to ensure the highest standards.

The final stages are being prepared now for cleaning and pre-polishing the designs to refine it after the casting process. Each piece demands the highest level of attention and precision to complete the final product.
