Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges

If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange if all conditions are met.

To start a return, contact us at support@dearletterman.com within 7 days of receiving your order and indicate whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Conditions

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Dear Letterman reserves the right to reject any return request that does not adhere to the conditions of the Dear Letterman Return Policy. Dear Letterman has the right to refuse a return if any Dear Letterman piece has been identified and used in a campaign photoshoot for styling purposes. 

Earrings are not available for exchange or refund unless the product is faulty. Dear Letterman does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Damage and Issues

To ensure high-quality products, all pieces are processed through quality control before items are dispatched. 

In the unlikely event that you discover a faulty or damaged product, report it to support@dearletterman.com within 5 days of receipt of goods with photo evidence. 

Upon assessment of any manufacturing defects, we will issue a refund, replacement or exchange.

Any damage caused by the wearer will not be considered as a manufacturing defect. To prevent any inconvenience please refer to the care instructions on how to handle your Dear Letterman pieces.
