Handling Time
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Dear Letterman shipments are all dispatched via express shipping. All express shipments are shipped with our trusted local carrier provider.

Fees and Charges
Dear Letterman is not responsible for any import duties or customs tax fees charged with your order. Please check with your country's customs and fee regulations to see if there will be additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at support@dearletterman.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping relating to exchanges/refunds
Postage to send an item back for an exchange or refund will be at the customer's expense. Dear Letterman does not provide return shipping.
To ensure safe postage on your exchange, please ensure your shipment is sent with a reliable posting service with tracking. Dear Letterman is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the Dear Letterman office. Please check the return address is correct. Dear Letterman does not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered but not received.
