If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange if all conditions are met.

To start a return, contact us at support@dearletterman.com within 30 days of receiving your order and indicate whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
